Gift Card Holder
Here is a gift card holder that I recently made. I got the idea (and followed all the directions) from:
To make the holder, start with a 6.75 x 5 piece of card stock. Directions for scoring and folding:
The trim pieces are 2 x 3.75 and 1.5 x 3.75
The band is 6" x .75".
I rounded the corners on the top section.
After the holder is put together, place the band carefully around the holder and secure. You don't want it too tight or it will be difficult to put on or remove. Embellish as desired.
Just by changing the papers, and the stamp, the gift card could be used for any occasion.

Glitter Ritz and Stamping
Here is a card that I made with a Stampendous Stamp (one of my favorites), and Glitter Ritz. The idea for this card came from a YouTube video by Scrapbooking Made Simple.
For this card I stamped the image twice. On the base layer, I lightly sponged on Memento Rich Cocoa to give the card an aged looked. From the second image, I cut out the center portion, and used Memento ink, and Copic markers to add a bit of color. Then, Sookwang double sided tape was added to the image, and Cool Highlights Glitter Ritz was added. The image was added to the base, with foam, to add a bit of dimension.

Fall Glitter Ritz - Re-visited
A while back I posted this card, and was unsure how to finish it off. The band on the bottom was done with Glitter Ritz using a masking technique. A band of Sookwang tape was added to the bottom of the card, and then leaves were punched and placed randomly on the exposed tape. Glitter was added for the background, and then the leaves were taken off and more glitter added.
I finally got some Fall stamps this past weekend, and here is the finished card. The stamp was colored with Copic markers.
