2014 Halloween Card 5

Here is the last of the Halloween cards for this year.  This card is 4 x 5.5.

For the card, I used:
  • Wild Card Cricut Cartridge
  • Artbooking Cricut Cartridge
  • Martha Stewart Halloween Stamp set
  • Stampendous Enchanted Aubergine Embossing Powder
  • Distressed Inks - Spiced Marmalade, Wild Honey and Bundled Sage
  • Versamark
To make the card, I cut a circle for the moon from orange card stock.  I then cut several bats of varying sizes from the Wild Card cartridge.  The house was cut from the Artbooking cartridge at 3.75 inches.

I then sponged the Bundled Sage ink on the bottom of the card front.  A combination of Spiced Marmalade and Wild Honey was sponged above the Bundled Sage.  The fence and sentiment were them stamped with Versamark, embossing powder added, and heat embossed.  The moon and bats were added.  The house was attached with pop dots to add dimension to the card.

2014 Halloween Card 4

The forth Halloween card.  This card is 4.25 x 5.25.

For the card, I used:
  • Wild Card Cricut Cartridge
  • WOW Copper Pearl Embossing Power
  • Versamark
  • Recollection Halloween Stamp Set
  • Wink of Stella Clear
To make the card, I cut the card from the Wild Card Cartridge.  I modified the sizing with my Gypsy to have a finished card at 4.25 x 5.5.  The blackout image, grass and stem were also cut with the same sizing.

I only used the pumpkin portion of the blackout image and attached it to the card.  I then attached the stem and grass.  To make the eyes and mouth stand out a bit, I added Wink of Stella Clear.  The sentiment was stamped with Versamark, embossing powder added and then heat embossed.

Get Well with Cricut Wild Card

I made this simple band-aid card for my husband who was recovering from surgery.

The card was made with the following:
  • Cricut Wild Card cartridge
  • Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder
I used the band-aid image and all layers from the Cricut Wild Card cartridge, cut at 6.5 inches.  I then embossed the band aid using the Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.  The card was then assembled, using pop dots for the center part of the band-aid.

Christmas 2009 - Gift Card Holder

Here is a gift card holder I made in 2009.  The gift card holder is from Wild Card, and it took a bit of patience (and several cuts) to get the dimensions just right.  The ornament on the front is from Very Merry Tags.
